@@pjm6496 They like to use the bathroom in corners of rooms. They now make corner litter boxes for them. I wish they had them when I had my little guy. He had a habit of stealing and hiding my maxi pads, underwear, hair ties and socks.

Tuna is absolutely adorable! She is exactly like the mischievous child we all love. I burst out laughing when she stole from the baby right under his nose. She reminds me of my cat who also used to steal things and was all so naughty. She has since passed on and looking back I missed all those times. Treasure your time with her, Mummy. Once she is no longer around, you will definitely miss all her shenanigans.❤❤❤

My sister once had a roommate who owned a ferret. They both had private bathrooms, and the ferret had the run of the apartment. My sister started noticing that her menstrual products were slowly disappearing, and after a while discovered a hole in the box springs of her bed with white fluffy stuff hanging out of it. She was suspicious, and began pulling copious amounts of shredded tampons and pads out from the hole that the ferret had made a nest with.

Sweet baby pet, I have a ferret girl myself and she always steels and hides stuff. Its hillarious to watch .I just love her . Ferrets are born theives but I love them to the moon and back ❤❤❤

She's not stealing things, she's putting them away. My two boy ferrets would get so incensed when I periodically cleaned out their hidey-holes. I'd sort out the trash and put the rest in a big pile and they had to take care of things all over again. Proof that girl ferrets are smarter: my boys never actually ORGANIZED things! That was awesome!

Not necessarily true. My last ferret Houdini (I've had ferrets since the 80s) was by far the worst thief of them all. Stole my wallet off the coffee table once-he stashed it under the TV stand. I had three twenties in it. He took the twenties out, and placed them neatly next to where the wallet was.

What a lovely ferret! (until now I learned thats how you call this little animal in english in spanish we named it: hurón). The most interesting thing for me is how she organizes everything according to the materials of stolen items, soooo intelligent. I think in her mind she is working to make her house clean and fun, she likes to have comfortable hidding spots

Be thankful its not your wallet and keys like mine would love to steal. When I moved I found over 200 dollars, She also would take the money out of my wallet and stash it in a different location. Very smart and organized.

My good friend had a ferret, and it was the funniest and sweetest little fur ball. He also had 130lb St. Bernard adored the little ferret even though the ferret was a non-stop pest 🥰

I love Ferrets! Such mischievous little buggers. My friend used to have one who would hide behind her end table, and jump out at me to try to scare me. I'd raise my arms like a monster, and it would go rolling backwards and dart back behind the end table. Rinse and repeat. We would do this for a solid hour at a time. I miss that little furball.

My dad used to have a bunch of ferrets. He and his now-ex went on a trip out of state for the weekend, and came back with a little ferret with black and white stripes and a little mask across her face. Ended up naming her "Bonnie". Next weekend we went back and returned with a friend for her: a big, pure white (and bitey) boy that we named "Clyde". Then they ended up adopting two more about a year later, and rescued yet another a year after that. Had to start designating times for them all to run around the house, otherwise it was utter chaos. Was still so fun to watch them all though, and now he's down to one who's nearing the end of her lifespan as well. Ferrets can be difficult to have as pets, but so energetic and so fun either way.

My friends ferret 20 years ago did the same thing. crash on the couch with your socks on, you wake up with no socks on. We found its stash of socks in the basement under the stairs, under a cardboard box like a year later.

I had a ferret for 9 years named Buzz. He would steal the oven mitts, a favorite activity, the coasters, earrings, wallets, hair ties and he would take them all into his "apartment" in the drawer in the bottom of the stove, we had put a piece of carpet and a towel in there for him. That's where we could always find him with his stash of stolen goods. Another favourite was jumping in piles of leaves, bugging the cats and sleeping in my lap or wrapped around my neck. He was the sweetest and funniest guy!

I had 7 Ferrets, and it's better to have 2 at a time so they have buddy to play with, the taking of things is a Ferret habit, but not as bad. Ferret proofing is a must, and Cardboard or hard plastics are the best as it's pretty slippery for them to grab onto.. If they can get their head in they can also get their body in 🤔😂. Also they sometime replace the Item taken with something else.

I had to put a lock in my bathroom cabinet because one would open brand-new boxes of tampons and store EVERY one of them under the bed or stuff them in my husband's boots. Another one would steal bras too curle up in them to sleep.

I remember my dad bringing two ferrets home one box had a white one in on top of the box it said “Fanny” as a kid we found it funny. The other box was a huge ginger male ferret dad said what do you want to call him.. I said “big stinky” and it stuck I was about 7/8 years old I’m 36 now still got the scar on my finger from poking big stinky 😂
