No bro kinda like if you would do a fakie 5-0 to regular on a mini but just on the front truck. And yeah a nosepick is a nosegrind stall. A stall on your nose however is just a nosestall.

Rúnar Leó Aaron explains it in the easiest skate trick video, but if so many people say it's grind, then I guess it must be different based on where you are in the country. for example Aaron said in Montana they call a nose stall a nose pick.
