Dose it do deep and shallow end

It did but... I don't think I'd rely on it, it's really designed for flat bottom pools.

Great video thanks. We have very fine, granular dust here and your video shows clearly that this E1 has a brush and a pretty impressive dual filtration. I liked the sand scenario you showed.

Are the wheels rubber? We just redid the fiberglass in our pool and the plastic wheels scuff and eventually break down/leave marks.

No the wheels are plastic. I think you'd need a tracked robot for rubber.

I just ordered this in a combo with the surfer that dose the top . Our Polaris just died on us so we had to replace it and thought we give it a shot. Really hoping it works out. We only have a 18’ above ground but looking into replacing it with a 24’ next summer so figured these will be ok for that.

I've had two of these units so far - one of them failed after 3 uses and one after 2 uses. If they want to send me another one, I'll try it before I give up on them, but there's no way I would buy one today. They believe these were mainboard failures. I'm guessing they are either poor quality or they aren't leakproof and water is getting to the mainboard.

Interesting because I've done like 10 livestreams with them just running for hours and mine has been bulletproof. I'd definately take it up with them, that should never be happening.

My issue with this robot is it gets stuck on my center drain...A LOT. So it's annoying having to keep an eye on it while cleaning so it doesnt sit on the drain for 2 hours. And I have a round pool, so it tends to clean along the outside wall, going in circles for far too long. Otherwise, I've been impressed by what it picks up

yes but I don't think I'd rely on it. I'm not totally into the tech/specs but while it makes it up I feel like it's really more designed for a flat pool.
