In this video the fiat finally starts again! This time Damon went with a Td04 turbo from TMC motorsports. As of rite now the cars running on the same tune as the 1752 while Tork motorsports works on a new tune. Thank you for watching and we hope you enjoy seeing the Fiat running again!

A city car that you can take to another city (of course assuming you kept the original interior, installed a small, aerodynamic roof box to store your extra luggage and added a larger fuel tank for extra range and a flat underfloor with a diffuser that's placed in the middle of your 500, that is)

@@ABSEDFLESHLGHT look up how to reinforce.. Its a heat treatment process that the metal takes on.. You're stressing and adding and cooling to give it more structural strength

Push the gas to the floor and turn it over it won’t start that’s how you compression test so it’s easier than disabling spark as it also disables the fuel injectors and fuel pumps

What version TD04 is this? A TD04HL turbo is cooled by coolant. You can find those in Saabs and Volvos. Your exhaust housing looks to be a 5cm^2 housing which is very common on Saabs. Just saying... if the original turbo had coolant going through it, it would not be that hard to plumb coolant lines to get a TD04HL in there.

What's the front clip on the 400Hp? It IS longer than a stock abarth clip,--longer, pointier light nacelles. I don't know if I "trust" the "Valley crew". You were supposed to answer my questions and you Didn't! You wanted us to comment, but you didn't "follow-through." Wouldn't you have to increase the fueling, to prevent an over-lean condition that could lead to component failure? Love the sound. Shouldn't the valves need stronger springs, because it sounds like you're close to the red-line.

The front clips on them all to my knowledge are the same. But i could be wrong. And yes fueling should be increased IE bigger injectors or E85, as for me my tuner has made sure my car is not running lean.

The 1752 was great, it just worries me now how it just exploded, the gt1446 im guessing you mean ec stuffed turbo. I personally wouldn’t recommend, id say if ur already debating the td04 u may as well go for it

Yeah would love to know why. Any other channel would question the tune, but I guess they are just gonna ignore that. Also the custom coolant/oil lines you know there is room for error.

The best thing to do on a turbo 500 is the down pipe its almost always an easy 25+hp boost with a more reactive turbo. After that coil packs are a good little boost that are relatively inexpensive and obviously an intake Michael Boggess on youtube has a kinda DIYish video on making your own intake for a 500.
