I was diagnosed with Hashimotos by the neurologist who diagnosed the Fibromyalgia, which started the shopping list of dx’s. Ya’lls videos are awesome!

I’ve been dealing with fibromyalgia for close to 20 years now & was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s about five years ago. I had been doing pretty well at managing my symptoms, and then I allowed myself to be persuaded to take Cymbalta. It made my life an absolute living hell. My symptoms are raging out of control. I tapered off of it, taking my last dose this past Saturday. I feel l’m having to start all over again.

It's so exciting to see this develop. You doctors, with your extensive treatment experience and your constantly updated research knowledge, are forging new ground and advancing science. I really believe your evidence-based functional approach is paying off. I don't know if the rest of the world will acknowledge the importance of your efforts, but I sure do! As you've pointed out, these are some of the biggest medical issues of the day. Hundreds of millions are suffering, and modern medicine is completely unprepared to deal with it. You've helped me personally, so I know you've helped many more.

My Hashimotto test was 64 From Cedars who sent my lab to UCLA Fron there for the right test if . Just curious is Chemokins and cyntokins a Fibromyaligia test ? Is The tuberculosis vaccine the cure for Fibromyalgia abd Chronic fatigue? I tested Probable at 46 but not confirmable on the new Epigenetic test ., but seeing that I had every symptom of two pages to sign up for this study trial and vaccine the lab tech talked to me and said . Oh with that high score you do have it , it’s just n .. ot what we are allowing into this study . It is because you probably have underlying health conditions .. so she said you probably have the same things she said that I was diagnosed with knowing Cedars Rheumatologist team had found 3 things UCTD Ana 680 and CRP 50 and Chronic Fibromyaligia severe obstructive sleep apnea some say right side heart failure only when swollen 5 inch pivots in ankles . And after the Lapband and conversion to Sleeve awful acid reflex and fatigue is more like bedridden , with migraines and plaquenil and prednisone 7 day packs helped get through menopause the last 7 yeses with POS as well wasnt fun . But the entire central nervous system has gone haywire and cynbolta nor pain medication works . Stimulants like Vyvance work for physical pain As well as adhd -do however .. I’m not sure if DVT 20 years ago now gone is or was a symptom of something in the group of 3 things diagnosed. Friends and family I’m certain still call me a hypochondriac after all of this to this day! . Thank you for posting and sharing this . It’s tuff

I have hashimoto's with horrible neck and spine pain. Does the same go with hashimoto's? If you have one you probably have the other? I'm going to get checked now but just curious.

I couldn't believe that the reference range was 9 when I found out my antibodies were 1551!

My dr thinks it all in my head. All she will look at is T4. I'm sick & tired of people who will not listen.

Yes finally doctors that consider the possibility these factors could be making fibromyalgia worse!!! I have a goiter, my grandmother had hypothyroidism I have all of the symptoms of hashimotos except the weight gain, even found out I have a pituitary adenoma plus I have endometriosis both endo and hypothyroidism cuase inflammation both cuase wide spread and cronic pain... but I was told bye an endocrinologist I'm fine... Are health care system is broken af they wouldn't of even known I had edenoma or an enlarged thyroid or endometriosis, the only reason they found those was Becuase I PUSHED them, it's like once they label you with fibromyalgia that's all you are and there is nothing they can do for you. Cronic inflammation leads to a weakened immune system which leads to other illnesses.
