A medication review of what i am currently taking. Remember to ask for advice from your GP or pharmacist before trying new medication. I have also tried cannabis oil in the past but didn't do anything for me. Is there a medication you take which might be of use to us?

I treat fibromyalgia with: 2 hotties, heat pump ( keep warm), yoga, self massage, light warm clothing ( heavy fabrics hurt), hot showers, epsom salt baths, fibromyalgia meditation off you tube (in bed especially), 1 tsp turmeric in a glass of water. All of these work 💟

After 30 to40 yrs increasing pain of fibromyalgia I purchased a WIRELESS tens system. I gave up using tens system yrs ago because I got all the wires twisted up, I forgot that technology moves on , I NOW GET GREAT RELIEF , from the exhaustion of chronic pain. I will even go out shopping with the system on. All I have to do is remember to get the system charged up, a bit like remembering to charge your phone up. This has certainly reduced my intake of codeine 30mgs, which I and my gp was concerned about. I have to go thru the airports as as wheelchair case, .,no travelling since April, looking forward to us all having the vaccine, ,,, a little apprehensive that the tens might trigger off all the airport alarm systems?

I'm not sure if it would trigger the alarms. Possibly.

Omg thank you so much for this video! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in February this year thanks to my gastroenterologist realising my problems were not just ibs. I have been struggling not only with the diagnosis but to get help from the doctors on how to manage my symptoms. Your video has given me not only so much information but hope thank you again 💜

Lord and Lordettes sooooooo I done my own research on vitamins etc spoke to my doctor and was told I’d be better off spending my money on a better diet 😒 but on a positive note I did buy the usb fan from another video you’ve done and it’s a god send 👍

@@rachaelknight7177 that's fine but I have tried not having the supplements I take and then noticed how much difference they make. GPs always say about diet which is true but hard to do. It's different for everyone, but these are the ones which work for me. Glad you like the fan!

4 years ago I was diagnosed with FIBROYALGIA and I have tried everything I could to get rid of this , but it was all to no avail, until I saw a post on a health forum about an herbalist preparing herbal medicines to cure everything type of diseases. including FIBROYALGIA , at first I doubted it was real, but decided to give it a try, when I contacted this herbalist through his email and he prepared me a herbal cure for FIBROYALGIA and sent it to me via the delivery service of UPS from the company, when I received this herbal cure. , gave me step by step instructions on how to apply it, when I applied it according to the instructions I was totally cured of this deadly disease within 2 months of use, I am now totally free from FIBROYALGIA , all thanks to Dr. Joshua Ighalo for helping me with my situation. You can also contact this great herbalist for help by email: drjoshua.ighalo@gmail.com or contact Dr. through his whats-app: +2349057958723. They also specialize in the treatment of all kinds of diseases, VIRUS HERPES , HEPATITIS B, CANCER, BRAIN DISEASE, INFERTILITY, DIABETES AND MORE.

You’re a really lovely person. I have Fibromyalgia and GOUT and Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis and I take Cymbalta (Duloxetine), thyroid hormone, Allopurinol, Tramadol, and Pregabalin at night. Nothing works as well as Opioids but they’re only given to me for a few days once or twice a year when I’m in a severe flair. I’d love to sleep at night…one symptom at a time!

Ah, thank you! 😘 Oramorph is the only thing that touches my pain when it's at it's worst but they won't give that unless I go into hospital! I am going to look into herbal medication soon I want to find a good herbalist who can help and film a video on it.

Hi! Thanks for this. So useful. Why are drs so bad with fibromyalgia? I’m still juggling pills. I’m currently trying Gabapentin. Take carexx

I think it's because it's still not a recognised disability in the medical profession. I have been in hospital with nurses laughing over me when they found out what I was in for!!! 😡 I had Gabapentin in the beginning but it made me feel constantly drunk and i put on 3 stone in weight! But don't forget, we all react differently to medication. 😉

Always keep in mind that what works for one person may not work for another depending on what type of fibromyalgia you have. There are different reasons and causes for each individual why they suffer from fibromyalgia. Also l am allergic to a lot of the herbal medicines available. Plus l have some food allergies and other chronic illnesses. All this has to be taken into consideration as well. I am very limited with what l can take for fibromyalgia. I also have regular blood tests.
