it is ArchieV8 fiberglass dash kit. dont know if he still sells these as I bought this years ago.

Better late than never. Thank you for the vid! I'm removing mine right now. There was a lot of busted plastic pieces. Not sure what the last person we doing. I have a replacement that's in good shape. I'm also putting a double din but I want to move it up and relocate the climate controls lower.
