It went from 'disposable' to 'reusable' in about one minute... looks like a good solution for people who forget their beach chair at home... the thing is, if you sell these at stadiums, parks, or outdoor music venues, no one will take them home and they'll get thrown away and add to the trash problem. We need LESS one-time-use stuff, not more...
@frankzappaspussy73623 жыл бұрын
it can be both: you can reuse it as many times as you like but at any stage dispose of it.. but yes - the places that she was turning up would usually result in it only being used the once and then left behind for the venue to have to spend money on disposing of.. not many people would want to carry home a piece of cardboard furniture with an advert for some corporation on it.. and no marketing person could promote many prestigious products on it..

Strange that no one has pointed out that the concept of eco friendly disposable furniture is an oxymoron
@LHyoutube3 жыл бұрын
I mean not necessarily. Yes, this particular product is worse overall for the environment than a more expensive and sturdier one designed to last for a few years (i.e. most regular, medium-priced beach/outdoor furniture as it exists currently). However, if there are very cheap varieties of beach/outdoor furniture that cost slightly more than the cardboard product but are still cheap and crappy enough that enough people would prefer to dump them at an event after a single use rather than bother bringing them home (especially somewhere like Glastonbury or other events where people are drunk and irresponsible), then those kind of people dumping a cardboard product rather than a metal/plastic product might actually be more eco-friendly overall. Does that make sense?
@elzzz20002 жыл бұрын

This seems like a common thread with some of the more abrasive 'entrepreneurs'. If I were pitching to someone and asking for £120,000 of their hard-earned cash, I'd want to show them the front and back of every banknote the business earned. It almost makes me think these folks don't have a grasp of the sheer volume of money they're asking for. I ask more questions when I'm buying a dog toy from someone on Facebook.

You know, there is something about people that say they are not dishonest that makes them seem dishonest.
