Instead I learned a valuable lesson-never give people a taste of their own medicine...because they already know what it tastes like. The composure of the dragons, and the humility within their responses; they didn’t need to rip him apart because they destroyed him with intelligence, eloquence and manner. Their humbleness is truly inspiring. I guess that’s how they became dragons in the first place...

True, but a lot of accidents also happens because of human error. I saw one episode where the guy who refilled the fuel on the airplane confused metric and imperial measuring system. Luckily the pilot managed to glide the airplane to an airport without engines. Another accident that ended up fatal, the pilots misunderstood the numbers on the flight plan leading them to fly half the journey in the wrong direction which ended with them going empty on fuel in the middle of nowhere and crash.

I think the title is a little misleading. Gil Ostrander is very rude and arrogant, but his business partner Richard Williams is modest and forthcoming, and he never interrupts the Dragons or forces his opinions on them.

I worked for a master electrician that was like that. He would make bad decisions and often set you up to fail, then try and convince you it was your fault. The people failed!!
