Best beginners footwork drill I’ve seen thank you for explaining how each foot works!

I just started learning boxing and I love the challenge. It’s definitely uncomfortable at first but gradually I’m starting to find my rhythm. It’s addictive to say the least

He's got it right. In boxing, everything starts at the feet on up

I just started, it's a lot to learn and you realize it fast. I'm natural at sparing but my mechanics need time to develop still. Long road but exciting

Yes you do.most people bail quickly.i almost did.but the training sucks you in.when you get punched by a guy who knows what he is doing that is another big wake up call.the training is what I like and light sparring.i am in it to be in shape.irs better than lifting weights.

Just started as well. Boxing becomes addicting once you master the basics

All i can think of are ring circle's.a good coach will give you ptsd.before he even lets you throw a punch.i like this guys approach.he breaks this down perfectly and he is great at explaining it.

I've been watching these videos for a couple of weeks and am very impressed about the quality and thoroughness off your videos especially assuming you also train people in person as well

Sir what If our left and right foot both are strong????
@articfox6360 Жыл бұрын
It means on which hand you are dominant and the foot alternative to that is the strong foot for example you're left handed so your left food is the strong one

Plenty of athletes are flat footed so don’t let it discourage you. Get some insoles that raise your heel a bit and it really helps
