Try to do pull ups with weight , for stronger jab use 3 - 5 kg. For hook u can practice with another machine to work on exosivness . Basically add to every thing weight and then remove . Of course in this case its science . Speed + mass = power . So work on speed too . And of course you need to.gain muscles and some weight for more mass effect (but it can also slow you down)
