He called his own shot (6 rounds), and he did it in Gatti's backyard. One of my favorite victories of Floyd's bouts. I loved how he cried at the end, shows that he wanted that victory more than any of his others, IMO.

I think that's the best Mayweather offensively. I think the very best Mayweather was from Hatton to Mosley so 2007-2010 was prime as in physical prime meets experience and wisdom of his style and craft. He learned to take less risk to get the same job done to preserve his talents for the long haul.

His toughest fight was the first fight against Costillo, but then he T.K.O'd Costillo in the rematch. His second toughest fight was against Demarcus Corley, but then he won by T.K.O. - His third toughest fight was against Victoriano Sosa, but he won by unanimous decision. FLOYD HASN'T RETIRED YET, so Pacquiao would be the best in his current weight class.
