I was in St Malo this year and last. Stunningly beautiful old city on the coast. HUGE shame it was nearly destroyed in WW2. All people born die... and new are born to take their place. But that cultural landmark St Malo was irreplaceable. You can't replace that. They rebuilt it, and it still is a great place to visit - but it lost its soul in the allied bombings. I wish they should have just laid siege to it.

At 7:56 is that Karl Malden with the pipe? He served as an Army sergeant in WW2.

Patton was wrong, the Nazis were more evil than the Soviets. The Soviets were evil, too.
