This practice is amazing! I’m doing Glow at the moment and this practice fits right in with some of the pacing. I definitely needed a cardio boost to burn off all the treats I keep making while in lock down. I hope everyone is keeping healthy, happy and at peace x.

I've done this one for a second time and I really enjoy it because the moves are not complicated so me in my intermediate stage can keep up (except that first part is challenging!) and still get a cardio workout. I really like yoga cardio and would love more. I also like the one you were promoting at the end of this one.

Love this flow. I interchange a day of deep stretches with this cardio practice, and this one is sure to leave my arms noodley and legs a good amount of sore. I appreciate that the positions are dynamic and not super repetitive.

Thank you Leslie. I didn't think Id be able to do this but mostly I could. The explanations really are almost 100% accurate without looking at screen. A couple more times with fast videos practice, you remember the rast flows better and aren't flailing everywhere like me lol. Definitely worked up a bit of sweat. Namaste, thank you. I found this great for digestion as well, my belly was making noises which Im sure is hunger but also digestion.

I loved it! Skipped only about 4 of the chaturangas and the rotating of the legs after the side planks. But your intro made me expect this to be muchmore difficult than it was in the end :D I felt so good about myself, I did this flow again today!

I've got myself a little confused in what poses do sometimes, but did all the practice and felt so strong and energized. It elevates the heart rate, but I think that the practices in wich we hold the stronger poses longer also do the same. Actually, I think those are more challenging... I loved the cardio yoga class, I'm going to repeat it more, now that I already know what to do, I think I'm not going to be so confused next time. =)

I found 0.75 playback speed works the best for me. I can focus on each pose and don’t rush to the next one but keep the heart beat fast at the same time.
