I’ve had right shoulder, right knee, and lower back injuries over the last two years from a combination of stress and CrossFit wear and tear. I gained 30 pounds. I know part of it is because I stopped doing yoga. I’m going back to an F45 gym, but I can’t do it everyday. It’s hard, but I’m slowly learning to accept my limits. This video was great! I had to modify and go slower due to my injuries, but definitely got a workout. I used to do yoga all the time. I can tell how much strength and flexibility I’ve lost, but I can tell if I keep doing these videos, I’ll get it back. At the beginning of the video, my knee hurt too much for childs pose, but interesting enough, by the end, I could do it! Thanks for putting this out there!

As a 13 year old, I’ve struggled through the years with body image, eating disorders, overtraining, E.T.C. But, through my eating disorders, I always came back to your yoga classes for mindfulness, peace, and gratitude. You and your amazing, well put together classes always seems to challenge me mentally and physically in ways I never knew before. I always end with a smile on my face. Whether we do a 10 minute stretch, or a 45 minute hot yoga session like this one, you always know how to inspire me with your gracious words in your practice. Great cardio flow, good pace, I do a lot of intermediate / cardio yoga online and I really enjoyed the total body combination of poses. Now if only I could get crow!

Make sure your hands are wide enough, spread your fingers, grip with your fingertips, squeeze your elbows toward each other (firing up your lats), start with hips high, squeeze knees toward each other, visualize lifting your tailbone straight up. Core core core! Pelvic floor! Activate your feet (point or flex) and squeeze toward each other. Everything in and up! You’ve got this! Thanks for watching. More videos on the way:)

I did this workout yesterday and I will be doing it again! Creative flow from standing to getting to down on the mat. Great workout but I didn't like the music. It got in my head and distracted me from the workout. I don't think you need music.
