April Barcega as with any training you're trained to do that and when you do fall you get right back up and you do it again until you don't fall, that's basically it

April Barcega Haha takes time and all. I am a figure skater myself and I have a competition in a few months... but tons and tons of practice. Several bruises and blisters and aching body parts to be able to achieve such awesome things with skating. 😘❤️😊

Oh yeah. Every moment is worth it. I don't even go that much but I go Friday-Sunday. I spend about 4 hours there Friday, Saturday I have lessons with my coach and wake up at 6 and lessons are around 7. Then I spend 9 hours there at least without my coach practicing and then I come back Sunday for another 5-6 hours. However I am so dedicated to skating that I don't mind at all. You don't get high up if you aren't willing to spend all your free time there. I no longer spend times going to my friends or watching movies. I am just always super busy with skating but it is completely worth it. It is a lot harder then it looks, only reason it looks easy because we skaters are meant for it to look easy and graceful. ❤️💯

It was a double. The axel in itself requires an extra 1/2 rotation so it looks like she did 3 when she did 2 1/2.

minnymoon1360 It may be different for them but Ik when I'd warm up I would always be visualizing my program and concentrate. They don't warm up for continuous hours so when competing they use what time they have.
