my city has something similar and it gets crazy busy on Saturday nights. One side is generally more gay/bi men but on Sat night they open up another half of the building that is for straight couples. Sex sells so its not too wild that there are still dozens of places like this left. I've actually thought about how much money the owner of the one in my city must make at $25 cover charge on top of whatever they sell in the adult store that's attached and yeah...I'm in the wrong business. All you need to do is buy an empty building, partition it off, toss up some televisions and turn on some adult films...charge $10 and steal the competitors customers and rake in the $$$.
