You're absolutely right. It seems clear to me that Stu is not allergic to pepper; he merely told the waiter that to ensure that his dish was made mild. I'm surprised you didn't included instances of fraud and tax code violations When he applied to the job, he willfully lied about his age, name, gender, and work history, and maintained the lie over an extended period of time. On top of that, he would have gotten a paid for his work as a nanny. His earnings have to be reported somehow. True, if people we aware that he William's character was the owner/operator of a cross-dressing nanny services, then he might not have any issues, he could have also legally changed his name to "x Doubtfire". But as we was conducting business in this manner ..... there are a few violations. Another question might be was he operating without any required certifications and licenses? Some businesses and services do require the operator to have certain backgrounds (here it might be not only an operator's license, but also CPR, etc).

I could get an A+ just from this comment minus the incorrect grammar because of how large it is. I'm about to 1-up you, sir eos lee. Eunectes is a genus of boas found in tropical South America. They are a semiaquatic group of snakes and include one of the largest snakes in the world, E. murinus, the green anaconda. The name Eunectes is derived from the Greek word Eυνήκτης, which means "good swimmer". Four species are currently recognized. Harvard University is a private institution that was founded in 1636. It has a total undergraduate enrollment of 6,766, its setting is urban, and the campus size is 5,076 acres. It utilizes a semester-based academic calendar. Harvard University's ranking in the 2019 edition of Best Colleges is National Universities, 2.The law affects every aspect of our lives; it governs our conduct from the cradle to the grave and its influence even extends from before our birth to after our death. We live in a society which has developed a complex body of rules to control the activities of its members. There are laws which govern working conditions (e.g. by laying down minimum standards of health and safety), laws which regulate leisure pursuits (e.g. by banning alcohol on coaches and trains travelling to football matches), and laws which control personal relationships (e.g. by prohibiting marriage between close relatives). So, what is ‘law’ and how is it different from other kinds of rules? The law is a set of rules, enforceable by the courts, which regulate the government of the state and govern the relationship between the state and its citizens and between one citizen and another. As individuals we encounter many ‘rules’. The rules of a particular sport, such as the off-side rule in football, or the rules of a club, are designed to bring order to a particular activity. Other kinds of rule may really be social conventions, such as not speaking ill of the dead. In this case, the ‘rule’ is merely a reflection of what a community regards to be appropriate behaviour. In neither situation would we expect the rule to have the force of law and to be enforced by the courts. In this book we are concerned with one specific area of law: the rules which affect the business world. We shall consider such matters as the requirements that must be observed to start a business venture, the rights and duties which arise from business transactions and the consequences of business failure. In order to understand the legal implications of business activities, it is first necessary to examine some basic features of our English legal system. It is important to remember that English law refers to the law as it applies to England and Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own distinct legal systems. There has been a dramatic increase in the activities of government during the last hundred years. Schemes have been introduced to help ensure a minimum standard of living for everybody. Government agencies are involved, for example, in the provision of a state retirement pension, income support and child benefit. A large number of disputes arise from the administration of these schemes and a body of law, administrative law, has developed to deal with the complaints of individuals against the decisions of the administering agency.

It's not really illegal to give someone a false name, unless it's someone else's name and you're intentionally presenting yourself as that other person, which is identity theft. If you're working under a false name, you're probably working under the table. I don't know what the laws are on nannies/babysitters paying taxes, but if he were to pay taxes on his wages during this time he'd have to do it under his true identity and might have to give that identity to his employer. It's also not illegal to wear drag/cross-dress, unless you have sex with someone under false pretenses which is rape.

@muddledspider64896 жыл бұрын
That isn't what we should be asking. We should be asking this: How does everyone else in the show (except for the school faculty) survive when Larry is literally working every job in the town? The answer: Communism. Mr Brown is the overlord. He rules over the town. Larry is his "secret service." That's why he is constantly seen everywhere in the show; sort of a big-brother-is-watching-you-esque appearance. He is a rock. Who else in the show is a rock? Gumball and Darwin's nemesis; the nemesis of the only two characters who adamantly go against everyone else and society. Their logic may seem flawed to us, but think about this: pretty much every episode is this: *Society* You have to do things this way. *The Waterson Family* Do it that way that is completely opposite to what you said? Okay. *Society* _slaps every member of the Waterson family_ *Waterson Family* WHY DO YOU HATE ME?! Clearly the Waterson family is the only family in the town who are free thinkers. Slowly, throughout the show, Gumball and Darwin slowly change the perspectives of the people around them. Cartoon Network is using this cartoon to help influence kids to fight against communism. That, or it's just a bull shit cartoon made for the sole purpose of generating laughs and views for the company and I'm just reading WAY too much into this.

A couple corrections... the law about animals that you reference only applies to people keeping, feeding, or breeding animals in residential areas, since the animals were only rented out for a single party, the specific law you mentioned wouldn't apply. Also at the end while it's implied Stu is choking because of the pepper, in reality he's choking because he tries to swallow an entire shrimp and it gets caught in his throat. If he were having an allergic reaction the heimlich maneuver wouldn't have helped and Stu would have died. If anything this implies that in fact Stu isn't allergic to pepper, he just doesn't want to admit he doesn't like spicy food. Finally Daniel wasn't breaking any court order. He wasn't able to TAKE the kids, and they could only come see him on Saturday's... however there is no restraining order, or anything stating he couldn't go see the kids. Dressing up as Mrs. Doubtfire to lie his way into the house is questionable, but it doesn't actually violate the conditions set in the divorce. In the end what he did was questionable and in the morally gray area, but little of what he actually did was illegal to the point of him serving any prison time. That being said what he did would almost guarantee him losing all his custody rights if brought up during the hearing.
@InfernosReaper6 жыл бұрын
He committed fraud against his family. That's about it. No one apparently bothered to press charges for that, so yeah, he's in the clear for good reason.
@Augustaguy20106 жыл бұрын
Also, the situation is bust from word go. As a father who has divorced once, I can say that most judges, even if you dont have a situation that allows for permanent lodging, will not award sole custody of the children to one parent or another but will award joint custody with shared rights and responsibilities with PRIMARY RESIDENCE going to parent with the more accommodating home. The situation they have shown, even with him without a job and a shit apartment, would not have happened from the start.
@tinkerer33996 жыл бұрын
A couple of corrections on your corrections regarding the pepper. First there are a couple of allergic reactions which could produce the results seen here and which could have forced the shrimp into the throat. Remember not all allergic reactions cause the throat to swell shut. So the results seen in the movie are possible if much less likely than the normal results. Secondly if you think that adding a stated allergen to someone's food (especially without knowing the extent of the allergy) is a morally grey area then I think you have some issues. It doesn't matter if he was allergic to it or not, William's character thought he was. That still counts as attempting to poison someone and is about as morally wrong as you can get.

Here's a Film Theory question about The Simpsons. Why is Stupid Flanders always in their backyard, more specifically right next to their kitchen window? - Whenever he shows up there, he always offers some sort of advice or help that helps with their very specific problem or such. - Flanders is super ripped, despite first appearances, maybe he is spying on Homer because Homer isn't the brightest person and might reveal nuclear secrets. > There is an episode in which Bart trades nuclear secrets to the CIA (Chinese Intelligence in America) for a mini bike > There is also an episode in which Homer actually gives nuclear information. Of course it fails, his information, because it blew up I believe. > Flanders has a panic room that is sealed off and he and his boys go into it when Flanders says, "the house is slightly askew". Note that he says slightly, meaning that he believes someone has been in there. Slightly is a very specific word. > Flanders' is ripped. Throughout most of the series, Flanders' is never seen working out except for jogging. There is no exercise equipment in his house, even when he puts up a yard sale because the Leftorium isn't doing so well. - Flanders' back story is never revealed > Flanders is simply the very religious guy > He does happen to have a relationship with Mrs. Krabaple who is the teacher of Bart. He could use this as a tactic to get to see if homer has revealed anything that Bart may have picked up > Homer has always annoyed Flanders and yet Flanders puts up with his stuff. - Who opens up a Leftorium and actually profits enough to pay off a 2story house where springfield is (which I now know thanks to you) - There has to be some sort of other income to provide enough for his family - Flanders is super nice, this could be a tactic to get the Simpsons to like him and open up to him - Flanders's store is never shown when the simpsons go to the mall, which is quite frequently. > it is also never mentioned too much - Flanders' children are taught to never disobey him, think about it. They probably don't even know he's a gov't agent or anything b/c he keeps it quiet. -There's so much that can be uncovered about Flanders that doesn't add up for what he does. If you do do a theory about this, I would LOVE it if you mentioned me and maybe like a small ad for me about my game studio. I'd appreaciate that ALOT. Anyways, that just a theory, a Film Theory My email is fordtauroslx@gmail.com
