@@xxFireFox86xx ye i respect that just i personally am disappointed that when there are millions spent on this franchise its not used to actually expand its world and characters, and make something new that make you feel nostalgic and lets say see a prequel of the story when Hickup is a younger kid, or include backround characters of the first movie where we get to know them more. Include new places, legenda and new dragons that were in the drawing book of Hickup when he searched in that catalogue for the night fury But i hope you will enjoy the new movie anyway, we will see how it ends up

Yeah, they recreated that epic scene perfectly. And I'm cool with that. Watched this movie a million times with my kids. Still have a toothless drawing hiding behind a cabinet door at work when my 6yr old daughter was up there with me. Keeping it there forever, every time I need dust masks I see it ♥

Im hoping its just the editing, but one of the tiny details i loved in the original was when Toothless leaned into Hiccup's hand for the first time he pulled back and hesitated briefly, which he didnt do here. That aside, this looks like an amazing nearly 1-for-1 remake, which is absolutely amazing. They could and probably do have some changes and just chose to show these specific scenes to illistrate how important it is to them to be a faithful adaptation of the original movie, despite the fact that the movies are in no way faithful to the childrens books. Also, the dragons look clean.
