- How long do your vlogs take to edit? - They vary massively, sometimes 1 hour sometimes 6+

Mountain lakes are blue-green because of "rock flour," sediment that has been weathered off of mountains and ground so fine (often by the movement of glaciers) that it remains perpetually suspended in the water.

I thought I would enjoy these Canada vlogs, but as they've gone on, I have found myself less compelled to watch when they hit my sub box. Very nice scenery and some cool activities, but very little substance. Sure i'm in the minority, but there we go.

Yep, I don't know if it's because my expectations are different ... but, I dunno, feels like watching a travel show without learning a lot of interesting stuff, or meeting the real people, or experiencing their culture. Adrenaline-filled activities in beautiful locations make for good Visual Vibes content and "Instagram missions", but they get tiresome quickly, especially multiple days in a row. I know the videos will have a certain slant because the itinerary is set by a tourism board, so I guess that's why they're more like an advert for a package holiday than a wholly genuine exploration of everything I mentioned above, but oh well. Like I say, if Ben is happy with the trip and the majority of his viewers seem to be, that's what counts in the main. Personally, I hope the next big adventure planned has more substance, because I'd rather be excited to watch the daily vlogs than ignoring them or gtting bored and skipping through them in two minutes.

I agree. i've found myself scrolling through the vlogs because of the exact same reasons you are stating. I am more interested in the daily life of Ben. The way he goes about life. The experience must be amazing, but just not that entertaining after one or two videos. But like you said, it's about his experiences and this is one of them, and I know I wouldn't just stop watching his vlogs, cause Ben is too awesome for that!!

Ah, you look out over a beautiful blue lake surrounded by stunning mountains and think how romantic it will be when you return with Nicole and the lake is frozen. I wouldn't have thought that. I prefer water to ice. But that you think winter in Canada would be romantic with Nicole, I suspect, is just one more reason why you have so many female brownies show up at your meet-ups. I went to Lake Louis this last January and we were able to walk on it. They even had a large ice castle built that you could go through! Seeing the lake in the summer makes me so eager to go back now! Such a beautiful area
