Why do I need to log in to your servers just to export a file? And why do I need to download nearly every effect or transition I use from your servers? That's not how a perpetual license is supposed to work. The software should be completely self-contained and operational without an Internet connection. Why are we being held hostage? Every other piece of perpetually licensed Windows software I own, going back 20 years, still functions perfectly without an Internet connection. What happens if WS goes out of business in 5 years? We're all just out of luck? There's also too much emphasis on new features requiring revenue-generating "AI credits", and not enough emphasis on making the program more user friendly (i.e. not requiring it to "phone home" for every little thing).

I've been using this software for for over 8 years. Love the upgrades we get but for some reason I feel like I don't have the fullest features to use. Why do some appear to have unlimited AI points? How do we get that. If we are to use the AI & have to pay for the points I think we should get more points than whats offered. 1000 being the max AI points for 20+ dollars will go fast if we utilize AI features like they promote. Just don't think it's worth it to promote all the AI feature but then finding yourself having to pay for more. I'll just stick to how I've always done shorts, editing, etc. Still love the software though.

Quick note to add, the ai stuff can be done on PCs natively, they just don't want to add the option.

It cannot be used in Thai language because Famora does not have Thai language, such as Speech to Text. Please include Thai language in the program.

Missing and drawback features in the update 1 ) 3d camera tracking 2) motion blur 3 ) for many important effects you collect cost not given free access 4) try to understand the word one time purchase software. Because from version 12 to 14 here you charged extra from us . These are irritating to use your software, please make it user friendly. Don’t make business friendly .
