@tonyc7301 Жыл бұрын
Dr. Lee is a brilliant scientist, but he has lost much of the respect he had due to his “highest bidder” attitude towards testifying in trials. He gave embarrassing testimony in the O.J. Simpson trial, and the staircase trial, all because the defense team paid for his loyalty. Just read the transcripts of his testimony from those trials. At the OJ trial, he testified that he found foot prints from a supposed second killer. The FBI had their forensic expert follow behind Dr. Lee, and found out that the foot prints were actually left by the workmen who laid the concrete sidewalk years earlier. You could actually feel the sides of the footprint with your fingers. For someone like Dr. Lee to give testimony like that, that even a child would know is BS, is just far beneath him. Sorry, but I don’t have any respect for someone who gets on the stand to testify for someone who is obviously guilty, and he has done that many times.

@@tonyc7301 wrong answer and you are wrong again. Dr. Lee told detectives about a shoe print that didn’t belong to Simpson nor Rob Goldman but the Los Angeles investigators did a very poor job in that case; they all walked over that crime scene contaminating the evidences, I saw it completely and they only concentrated on OJ Simpson rather than looking at those prints that Dr. Lee had said; and the prosecutors also failed miserably to prove their case. That trial was a complete disaster 100%. It was a Roman Circus for all I care. Very disgraceful that the “race card” was used to acquit a murderer whoever he or she was. Dr. Lee was correct 100% and his reputation as a great forensic criminalist is intact and speaks for himself. I love the man and had the utmost respect for him as well as ALL his colleagues have, and his students. Wake up and smell the coffee. The reputation of Dr. Henry Lee is not tarnished at all: it is only in your sick imagination.

@@zuzellogan5613 Clearly, you are not going to even acknowledge my point in the OJ trial, which is completely backed by the transcripts. You’re only defense appears to be “You are wrong! I began yelling at the computer because of the 911 operator`s bullshit. WTH is up with that?
@eileenyabut8092 Жыл бұрын
i felt that was stupid all she needs to do is send help smh
@Bambi-xg3kr Жыл бұрын
No, you are wrong. She was getting the person to focus on something other than her injury, and keep her conscious. They need to get as much info as possible to help with the identification/apprehension of the offender.

What was up with that dispatcher? It seemed like she wasn't paying attention to what was actually happening... Like bro, her throat is slit, stop making her talk!

2:12 It seems that 911 operators suddenly become hard of hearing whenever there's an emergency. with all due respect to 911 operators. 3:08 and thick too. People are wounded and there she is asking for a description.

Why you give somebody life,when they kill someone, why can't you just give him the death penalty instead
@thewillofabeast90792 ай бұрын
I think about this case sometimes. Not just with how senseless this was but the tenacity of Tommy and Jennifer fighting back against Gene. And Casey was brave as well. Smart thinking with playing dead so the killer would leave. I just pray Tommy and his mother are resting in peace and that Jennifer and Casey are alright today. Gene should consider himself lucky that Tommy’s mother was that much of a kind and pure soul to let Gene live while the rest of us would like him to suffer. But sometimes, death sentences are too good enough as the killers should suffer. RIP Tommy and Connie Smith, those who’d known them that’d passed in recent years and Peter Thomas

That's what cocaine can turn you into ... How many warnings do people need to never get involved with drugs?
@SHIRLEYGiffordCashmanMS Жыл бұрын
Drugs can turn normal people into thieves, prostitutes, and murderers. After that, they can end up in prison, or dead of an overdose. People should be reminded of that before they get into drugs.

why is it always the same type of perp, doing the same crimes, for the same reasons, its sickening, get a job, get a life, and leave others alone !!

Tommy sounded like such a beautiful soul. I will never understand why the lord calls the most beautiful souled people home way too soon. He would have been an amazing husband and father one day and never got the chance because someone thought their life and getting high was more important than 3 people's lives. Luckily the other 2 still live and breathe to see today but not without a real life nightmare you know they think about daily.

As a nearly 40 year old fully disabled combat veteran who’s seen enough of the world and of people, I’ll say this much….The fact is, there isn’t a “god”, WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR OWN ACTIONS AND INACTIONS!! The fate we suffer is in THIS LIFE….not some other one later after we die!!
