I had a window peeper in my neighborhood. He would walk around with his dog at night and run up along my hedge and look into my house through my office window. My dog Noah always knew that he was there and would bark at the window. This man would then run back to the sidewalk, so I never saw anything. It wasn't until months later that I found out that my neighbor across the street from my house, had seen this man do this several times but never bothered to mention it to me. I couldn't believe that he'd been so irresponsible and stupid. This man moved on to constantly expose himself to the woman who lived behind him. They had adjoining backyards. She reported him but nothing came of it. She moved.

My 2 younger sisters and I use to live in a two bedroom 1 loft apartment on the 1st floor and the neighbors consisting of middle aged men and their friends would party all night long hanging out by and around our windows. Have caught some trying to peek through it... we were young in our early twenties, working different shifts and going to school... It's scary when theres just a bunch of young women living alone... thank goodness my brother didn't feel right with just the three of us living on the first floor so he decided to move in a few weeks after... When the neighbors saw that we had a male living with us and that his friends were over often, they backed off from peeping through our windows and trying to talk to us.

I've watched several episodes of FF and noticed that many murders occured because of easy to break in doors and windows. That is crazy! Why not put a double lock on your doors and secure windows by having steel grills installed so that it won't be easy for criminals to get in. Many murders could have been prevented if people made sure their doors and windows are properly secured.

I've never heard of a rapist, child molester or a animal abuser who stopped! We need to let out all nonviolent offenders so we can keep those violent people behind bars! First offence they need to be permanently locked up, and cops need to take these claims about stalkers and creepers seriously!!!!
