Ok, let's be honest. When I started this episode, I planned it as an April Fool's joke for the channel. But after researching it, it turned out that the theory of a sharknado is BIZARRELY plausible. With Sharknado 4 coming out this summer, we should all be prepared in case of a REAL shark storm!

"Raining cats and dogs" comes from a time when barns were always roofed with thatch. In cold weather, the farm cats and dogs were known to climb up into the thatching to keep warm. "It's raining cats and dogs" came from medieval England, when there were so many strays and the streets were so clogged with muck (and literal shit) and would easily flood in the most disgusting way when there was heavy rain. Lots of cats and dogs would die in the conditions and when people left the house, it would look like they'd all fallen from the sky when it had rained and had died when they hit the ground. .. So many phrases like this come from downright morbid stuff XD
