Your video has been very helpful. I am probably just missing something but can use your help. How do I know how much water we are using in order to set the number of days between regeneration? I hope i am asking this correctly. I have set it as 7 days at this point but may be too often but not exactly sure how decide the correct setting. Thank you.

The easiest is to test the water for hardness with a test strip just before the regeneration. If you have no hardness yet extend the interval, if you have a lot of hardness then shorten the interval.

Hi, I have F63B3 installed. Overhead tank is connected to underground tank with sensors for automatic functionality. Only issue i do see is , at the time of regeneration, if overhead tank is full, water pump doesn't run which makes regeneration steps doesn't work. How do we overcome with this? are there any settings to be changed?

Hi, Do you have a pump from the overhead tank? You need at least 2 bar pressure for the valves regeneration to function, so if it is from a tank it would need to be 20M up.

Sir, can we use this Auto multiport valve for the sand filter & carbon filter..if yes..then what about regeneration setting?? I think their is no require of regeneration to sand filter and carbon filter..only back wash , slow & fast rinses are required.. then what should do about regeneration setting..plz sir suggest me.

Hi, during the fast rinse, the softener resin is pushed back down into place at the bottom of the Vessel in preparation for normal operation. During this process, any excess salt is also flushed out to the drain point.
