We do its called adopt a highway program plus a lot of towns & countys use prisoners on work details to clean the roads & highways but some states people say that its a punishment to use inmates like why do u think there in jail because they where good people just dont know now a days

I’m not sure how much it costs to take rubbish to the tip ova here. I’m from Australia and the minimum tip fee is $150. With this being said, I can completely understand why people illegally dump there rubbish, I don’t agree with it of course but I can understand it! If they didn’t charge people sooo much much to do the right thing, more people would probably do the right thing!!!

See that's what I like about British and Britain you guys find people for throwing cigarettes on the sidewalk as people don't know that is technically littering and our officers don't even do nothing you can like flick like 5 cigarettes in front of them they won't even give you a ticket
