Quick question: Walmart Shakespeare reels...are they disposable or ? Able to be serviced

I don't view any reels as disposable... the reel I've used the most over the past 5+ years is a Shakespeare... see here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m4O4hHuVrsyjl6csi=He1UOvOWDtbtg0ZB That being said, if you're going to have a "disposable" reel, they would fall into that category based on price.

What grease and oils do you recommend, Penn or Corrosion X

CorrosionX is a little sticky for my liking, but surf fishermen tend to like it. See the description page for oils and greases I like.
