I always figured it was like in Final Fantasy Legend 2, where it connected to other worlds. I hate how they don't open it to see where it leads.

All three of these games are great for the imagination imagery-wise. Since some of the design isn't entirely clear, it's really easy to infer and come up with your own idea of what the characters are. For the longest time, I thought the male mutant was an ordinary teenager in a varsity jacket.

You know something? Looking back, I'm starting to think this had quite a deep story (or at least it WOULD if it had more understandable dialog and less engrish!). And worst of all was the ending. There was another door behind Creator. Possibly the door to the world where 'God' came from... Cant help but wonder.... were there others beyond that door as powerful as Creator if not even stronger?

Hi, thank you for the extra translation. The most interesting non-translation is on the 20th floor of the tower. The message in the bookcases is different in Japanese and English versions. The creator's "heroes' high scores" are not in the English version. I got this information from the Final Fantasy Legend section of gamefaqs dot com.

I remember beating this game as a kid and thinking, why is the creator a pirate ghost in a bath robe? I see things a little more differently now. But then I just played the the colored Wonderswan version and thought, why is she a green alien wearing a hat and a school girl's uniform? I guess some questions in life were never meant to be answered. Still one of my all-time favorite games though.

I tried that once, after I killed him normally. I didn't try it again though, it just feels cheap to have a 1 hit kill. -- For anyone that doesn't understand, there is an item called Saw that can be used to kill Creator in 1 shot.

Eh, I thought the same thing. And I thought FFL3 practically took place after all the gods but 1 die off and a destroyer was unleashed upon the last remaining world to wipe the slate and start the universe anew.
