To me it's kinda an omnious ending. Marche in the beguining cutscenes reveals that he envies Mewt for having a father, however imperfect he is. This secret ending shows Marche so invested in his Invalice adventure and the clan war that pseudo Cid becomes a kind of father figures for him. Marche wanted to exit invalice so that he could meet up with his real family again. But turns out there's one wish fullfilement that can keep him tangled in the illusion.

Some people see this as a dark ending but I always saw it as an alternate ending to prove both leaving and staying is fine, it's up to the person

Nice ending, thanks for uploading this! I beat FFTA when I was a kid on the GBA, fun game and all the characters look a bit like gummy bears to me. I played FFT on PS1 first, so this light-hearted world with friendly creatures kinda confused me since it was (the identical) Ivalice where Ramza was a heretic? Also the bunny ladies and lizard dudes were in FF 12 but not FFT, weird, guess this takes place 100s of years before Ramza's time? Anyways, I didn't even know you could get Cid, and that there were more missions...maybe I gotta replay this game sometime :)

Thanks I made it a mission to upload all the judge missions. Agreed I was surprised at the shift in tone and theme from FFT to FFTA. Honestly, the connection between all of the Ivalice games isn't that strong and the fanbase overblows it. There is virtually nothing other than some cool easter eggs and small references. Like FF12 is same universe but it takes place way before FFT but even then not too big of a deal. It isn't like FFX to FFX2 where they are super connected. It isn't a bad game. Just nowhere near as good as FFT

@J7 jase May i know how to get back and continue the game after beating the boss? I do have a save file saved before beating the final boss but how to get these secret mission and job if these are only trigger after beating the final boss?

Sadly you can't repeat the final boss fight unless you save to a different file. But you can unlock this after beating 300 missions on top of the judge missions which takes a while and can be easily missed due to items.

Idk why but I really want a new installment for the switch. I wasn't a big fan of Triangle Strategy and I played the hell out of Tactics Reborn - here's to hoping that Sword of Cornvallia is pretty dope.

idk, I always just kinda figured there just wasn't one tbh. They could have made it way harder and it would have been fun. Not many real challenging enemies once you get a good team

Super Boss? 😂 I have always thought if this is actually just a "What if" situation if Marche had stayed in Ivalice after defeating Remedi. Or after Marche, Cid, Doned and Ritz left, a remnant of them remained that continued living in this Dream Ivalice? However I didn't like that the cutscenes start hinting that something is going on between Marche and Ritz, but it ends in nothing. And also Montblanc and Ezel have no participation anymore in the cutscenes either.

I mean all the FFT games got that super boss like the other Final Fantasy games. Granted if you know what you are doing just like in anything not that hard. And good ideas not sure what happens to be honest.
