It is nice to see the Kujata Summon at the spotlight again! For the newcomers, it is the one after Alexander but before Odin. A personal theory I have about the guy in a hooded robe in Rufus's parade, is either Verdot from Before Crisis or Glenn from Ever Crisis.

I think the "The World will be saved but will you" bit is talking about the original ending to the series. Where it looks like humanity was seemingly eventually wiped out but animals and nature had retaken the planet. Which I always thought was a pretty dark ending. Maybe the whole point of this journey will be to avoid that ending. Find a compromise where humanity and nature can both be saved.

I always interpreted the original ending as "humanity has abandoned Midgar", but of course it's open for both.

Going to be epic and massive on 2 dics. Stinks a little you cant import your save from the 1st one but get the reasoning and in regards to balance. But if you have your save data from the 1st you will get leviathan materia and if you have saved data from Intermission you'll get Ramuh materia

More details got revealed in the newest article on PlayStation blog and other interviews: - 100 hours of gameplay. - The climax of this game will include The Forgotten Capital, but no Wutai until part 3. - You will "control sephiroth in the same part as the original game". - Not all party members will be playable until part 3 (like Cid and Vincent), but those that you can not control will be companion characters like Red XIII was in part 1. (This problaly hints that Cid will be a guest character like Red was in Remake). - No save data transfer, but you get Leviathan for Remake and Ramuh for Intermission episode save data. - No Wutai until game 3, but there seems to be Wutai outposts of resistance / immigrants.

labeling as spoilers JUUUST in case but here is some info i found that MIGHT lead to some thoughts they say one character is gonna be like red XIII in the last one and be a NPC only party member, people think it MIGHT be cid since they wanna keep quiet for now about him (i did hear sephy IS playable in that section he's in)
