i noticed this too, but now i have a theory for that, Suspended World stops all except the “info particles”that make the world move, like all will be stopped, but time stop is limited on a specific area (maybe a few kilometres to a planet) but is so susceptible to powerful magic. so when the magicules of ramiris was leaking out of her is that powerful, time stop was negated. cuz in Suspended world all magic are also null only physical attacks work on people in this realm even the caster of it is affected by it. time stop probably only works on the concept of movement and not time(????? i have no idea what im saying…anyway) and i believe all of this info are lore accurate cuz of one thing i just found out. THE CREATORS OF TENSURA AND OVERLORD ARE BOTH FRIENDS IRL. so when both of them collabed for this event in Isekai SM, they thought about the lore accuracy of their power system and characterers together… i hope im somehow correct cuz otherwise im talking out of my ARSE right now

its nearly impossible because the isekai quartet is produced by kadokawa while tensura was produced by kodansha. its a possibility if kadokawa decide to take on the tensura project for later season and make tensura join the isekai quartet. but its very slim because kodansha is already makin bank with tensura and other big anime that kodansha has help to produced. unless kadokawa and kodansha work together for tensura season 3 or 4
