Final Steps Before Revealing my Two Stroke Project!

In today's video, we get extremely close to getting the YZ250 started. Everything mechanical on the bike gets finished up today besides the fuel tank and the electrical wiring. I also added some awesome new enduro parts in this video which should really help make this bike a blast in the desert and on the trails. I was wondering the same thing. It looks like it has big gaps between the guard and the pipe, could just be the angle though. I’m wondering if it’s meant to fit a stock YZ pipe and not the FMF.

Don't remember if I commented about it on a previous video or not but I do the exact same thing with the midlife gasket on my YZ/bikes! I really like the OEM KTM/Husky one for their 250 XC-W/TE bikes. Looking awesome man, off-road built YZ's are the best!

I'm assuming that's a ktm coupler between the pipe and the silencer, do you know if it'll also fit on a '17 yz125 with a fmf pipe/silencer? My coupler leaks aswell

Careful with the rear brake line being so close to the spring. Usually you can adjust them by using pliers up by the banjo on the crimped area to adjust the angle to keep it away. Bike is looking great!

It doesn’t actually change the geometry I misspoke. But it does change the forces on the brackets which effects handling.
