living in canada costs alot since we have a "good" healthcare system so we pay at least 2x the taxes you guys pay. plus since every house must have good insulation, double paned windows, underground water delivery(below the frost line), nearly every house cost at least 1 million dollars CAD.

stop billing hourly, it rewards inefficiency. bill per job add some padding for the hour coverage. bill hourly for troubleshooting only.
