Stage 2 Audi S3 8P Project car in sprint Blue first drive! Stage 2 tuned by VRS Performance in Northampton. This project car was bought unseen from BCA with an engine problem but it is now finally up and running after having a new timing chain, belt, cam shaft, head gasket, rocker cover gasket and whole load of other mechanical works.

I imagine dreaming of this car back in 2007 when my ex moved to Canada. I used to design it on Audi's site, and choose all details, color, extras etc, thinking I'll have it one day when I move to hers in Canada. We ended splitting up later on, and I never had an Audi up until last December. Since I now have family and 2 kids, my choice had to be A6 Avant..but damn, this thing..this thing would be dream come true even now after all this time :D

Makes me miss my s3, would love to win it on Friday haha. If your kind to it and don't do alot of traffic light starts the clutch should be fine. My car was running the same power and I did around 40-50k miles on it tuned. When I got rid if it it had about 105k on the clock. Side note, have control customs beefed up the steering wheel?? Don't remember mine being that chunky. Looks awesome 😍😍😍

I genuinely love this car, just something about it. Calvin you should raffle the golf R off, charge 2£ a ticket, earn some money back and a bit of profit too. You have the platform to do it!! I had the 8l a3, basically it was an s3. It was the 1.8t engine with quattro, it just had a ko3s turbo instead of the ko4 that comes kn the s3s, but a simple remap bangs the power to 225, same as the standard s3, and the sounds it made were just better than any other turbo car I had driven, the turbo whitles was loud but smooth and then with the forge dump valve it had a great hiss when you let off the power. I really can't think of any other car where you get such quality and bang for your buck as with the a3 or s3. Yeah there are faster cars but the audis just have a quality other brands don't, I mean mine was 21 years old and it drove like brand new, everything worked and looked new, ive seen some were the switches get all chipped and look tatty but if you look after them they last forever.

It’s called waste gate chatter that noise when you lift off Cal , I had an Evo 8 MR with a Tial blow off valve same noise but louder . My mam used to say it sounds like your cars laughing 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

Don’t know if you’ve seen calv but you really shouldn’t use vpower, seen a few mechanics say the quality even on the 99 is extremely hit and miss, seen some 99 tested and it turned out to be 92, have heard multiple people say Tesco momentum is the best fuel to go for
