The floor looks amazing, and it goes so well with the walls! I think that green rug is beautiful, and it does work very well with the dark wall as well as the green one. I personally do like the idea of a bigger rug like the one you have for the living room. The floor just takes the whole look of the house to an other level, it's gorgeous, you did an amazing job!

Those herringbone floors look FABULOUS! How could you not be excited and overjoyed? I’m excited for you! I much prefer that rug pattern/coloration in the dining room. But I do think a VERY large rug would be great in the living room. It would be amazing if you could find a rug in a pattern that was primarily in sages, greys and navy but with tiny accents in hot pink and orange to tie all the colors in that room together! That’s a pretty tall order, but worth spending several hours online searching! 😁 Congratulations on your gorgeous floors!

i have wood effect flooring and its so easy to keep clean , a quick hoover and then spray mop ( done !! ) i would put the rug back under your dining table and get a bigger one for the lounge area , then both will flow together x

I would keep a box (wood floor) on hand incase you ever have water leak or damage, some companies do lots/batches of products and have slight color change and/or size dimensions depend on when you’ll have to purchase again... (when it come to building material or home Reno..)
