We should call it, “Agadmator’s Adage”: “Something you should always remember in your own games, if you’re up a pawn and you have a chance to get rid of all of the pieces off the board, then you’re winning; unless it’s, like, a really weird position where you’re not, or maybe you’re even losing: yes, you are winning.” He made me laugh out loud!

#suggestion you might put the recap in a short rather than at the end of the main video. Then perhaps you can use the time at the end for more information about the tournament or other interesting news.

It's always nice to get the standing and round results at the end of the video. I also liked the 'quick recaps' of other games you did during the Olympiad. Although I know it's a lot of work for you ;).@@agadmator

Shankland had a masterpiece but he couldn't finish it. Was very hard to watch after he blundered into a draw by perpetual. Fabi missed win against Levon several times I couldn't even believe my eyes. So could win this tournament if he gets going

No sensible chess fan would like it. Especially coming immediately after the engrossing Olympiad. The GCL is all gimmicks and no substance.

I had a dream tonight that chess rules changed in a way to add a new figure - a drone. This drone is placed on top of a king and can be used at any point of the game to capture any of the enemy's pawns.

a true master of positional whatever greets. Had it before Agad finished announcing Hearts in Atlantis. Why is it the best move. I don't know I am a mere Fantastic Beast. I react on instinct intuition and independence. OKay and a bit of incouragement Let's find out why. Here is Agad with a quick reminder: " if you are up a pawn..."

That rook on c6 was badly placed as soon as the move was played. You said it was the top recommended move by the engine but it looked bad from a human perspective.

Had to laugh at the line where Wesley's dark squares bishop is left without a move because surrounded by four white pawns, but is nevertheless 'very strong'.

Hikaru's continual refusal to participate in the US Championship baffles me. Yes more money from content creation blah blah but he also did mention his final goals of reaching the next 2 candidates cycles before retiring, and with the rise of all the strong junior players that rating spot could come in handy. Also it's literally his home tournament being held in St Louis.
