What most of the people wanted was not a rewamp of the crassic but a remake. Many of us just wanted a movie that has the same values of the original. Being gratefut to the dwarves for letting her stay instead of invading the house and beginning to order the dwarves around. Many also want the dwarves to remain dwarves as in the original to expand upon the already rare chances for dwarf actors to act. Replacing with CGI would be wrong and in the way it would work the same way as the AI. Computer generated stuff taking of real people's jobs. Woman or man as humans we should remain grateful when others help us out and not repay generosity with arrogance.

Well she should be paid whenever she wears the dress and does promo. Should she do charity for Disney or what? They sure do nothing for free themselves xD Also the movie is by Disney, but the story is still a german fairytale so its not even their original 🤷‍♀

It's a bad reinterpretation of a bad reinterpretation. I thought dressing people up as other ethnicities was cultural appropriation. Disney has been a blight on European folklore for nearly a century.

Agree that she should be paid, but that's something that is negotiated in their contracts when they're hired. So she's already been paid. Her contract already has promo, interviews, and appearances included.
