A lot of people throwing shade in the comment section and that's fair enough, but the thing that stood out in this episode for me was how brilliant Gail was. It might be a sign of their emotional maturity. Kids, especially teens, often do this when confronted as a coping mechanism. These two had kids early and often, and were not equipped to handle it. So they periodically run away to motels and casinos for a break. They really need to grow up for the sake of their children.
