Great video. I have similar issues. I use topical finasteride. Ive used it for 4 years. First 2 years no noticeable sides. Second two sides got worse and worse. Main ones were insomnia, low libido, ed and anxiety. Took a month break during which time sides got better. Started topical again at a much lower dose. Just 0.25mg a day. First month no sides, second month sides just as bad as before. Again too a break and sides went. Started again at an even lower dose. Same story. My theory is that a tiny amount goes systemic which initially causes no issues but over time that compounds so that after a month or so even off a micro dose dht suppression is the same as off 1mg a day oral. Net result is high estradial, high shbg and low free t. All of which cause my symptoms. My thoughts going forward are to go with a micro dose by maybe on a 2 days on 2 days off cycle to mitigate this theoretical compounding of fin in my system. Do you think any of this makes sense?

You can start treatment for psoriasis and hair loss due to AGA simultaneously. Serums will not help.

Yes in some patients it does happen. These patients are already prone to dry eyes and this exacerbates it.

This is unless the constant cycle of inflammation in DED would continue once triggered, despite already restored hormone levels. Can you share any experience regarding this?

Thank you for sharing your valuable information doc I heard that consuming whey protein cause hair loss I experienced extreme hair shed with creatine and whey protein, I used to take only 30gms of whey rest of protein requirement was fulfilled through diet. I'll Stop using creatine but can I replace whey protein with plant based protein powder. Or will that too cause hairloss ?

@@debashiskarmakar2613 i stopped finasteride and breath became normal after 7 days, i think finasteride increased my anxiety that why i had it,
