I am so sorry it’s taken me so long to reply. Did you talk to Jafar at the hologram station? I’m assuming since you have completed all of Rapunzel’s and Gaston’s quests that you have the first 2 jewels. I believe you have to talk to Jafar to activate the Scarab and unlock the Cave of Wonders. If you’ve already unlocked the cave, you’ll just have to find your way through it to get that last jewel. I hope this helps.
