Thanks Steven Have you thought or searched if the rotors /brake pads of the Rs5 would fit on the B9 S4? I wonder if that option would be a more affordable way of upgrading ?

Great idea. I did a little research. All A4, A5, S4, S5 & RS5 share the same brake system repair manual. S4/S5: 6-piston caliper (by Akebono) and 350x34mm rotor RS5 (without ceramic): 6-piston caliper (by Akebono) and 375x36mm rotor RS5 (with ceramic): 6-piston caliper (by Brembo) and 400x38mm They all use the same wheel hub, and the caliper mount looks like the same. One concern is wheel size. Another concern is that I don't find 3rd party pads for RS5. Brembo makes 6-piston caliper with 380x34mm rotor for S4. It may be a better option.

hey steven I wanted to know if there is only 2 wear sensors one for the front and on for the rear or are there 4 wear sensors all together one for each caliper

S4/S5 has only two sensors. RS4/RS5 should have four sensors according to the manual.

@@stevenstrackdays2687 thank you Steven I’m looking to change mine here really soon I have 034ms stage 1 so I’m making more power is it worth it to get ecs performance and ebc yellow stuff or fresh oem parts thoughts 💭

@@sydneyedwards7673 On street: I don't see many differences between OEM and EBC pads. First/second time on track: Either OEM or EBC is ok. On track seriously: Use Carbotech XP10. Don't use OEM or EBC pads. Carbotech XP10 is not for street. ECS rotors: that's only for serious track. Overkill for street, although they can work. They consume pads much faster.
