How about the Tfight tour 26 for Juniors? I'd like to know more about it.

I currently use the Head Speed Pro MP 2023 which is a great racquet however I tend to overpower or hit long occasionally as it's quite boomy, which sometimes is a great thing, other times I wish it had a little less launch. Overall I love the racquet and the spin, slice I get from it. I'm considering trying the Tecnifibre racquets and wondering your thoughts between the two brands/models? I decided not to buy the MP 2024 and look at other brands to compare. I have heard good things about Tecnifibre at the club....

I think if you are looking for more control, the Tecnifibre TF40 racquets could definitely be worth a try or a demo. They are 98 headsize instead of 100 with the speed pro, so more control and precision from that. There is 305 and 315 weights to choose from (Speed Pro is 310 grams unstrung) and you can pick between 16x19 string patterns for the 305, so more spin or more control, and the 315 comes in a 16x19. You might also consider the TFight 305 which is a 18x19 pattern and the TFight racquets feel slightly stiffer and crisper than the TF40, while it is also 98 headsize, with an 18x19 string pattern. I bought the 300 after à couple of tryouts. Unfortunately, it was not as dense a string pattern as my Head Extreme. Same number strings but further apart. It's taken a long time to adjust. The ball tends to fly on me as i can't get the spin on the forehand like I used to. I thought it was the balance, but it's not. I had a tiny bit of lead at the 10 & 2 on the head. I'll try that today on the 300.

Hi! Nice explanation. I was using Wilson Pro Staff LS (290gr - 16x18) for one year and I love it but it got me serious tennis elbow. I am looking sth similiar but maybe a llitle flexible to help my elbow. Which one of these Tecnifiber is the best for me? Or can you recomend me another brand? Thanks in advance!

When looking at Tecnifibre racquets, for the most comfort you will want to go with something in the TF40 line. Those tend to have the most comfort and a more traditionally flexible feel to them. Besides that you could look at something from the Head Gravity line, Yonex Percept line, or Prince Phantom line. Troy, TW

How would the t-fight 305 compare to the Blade v8 when it comes to feel, control and power? How does the 305 have such a high swing weight? The Blade is somewhere around 320 but ittthe same weight and head size.
@tenniswarehouse Жыл бұрын
Which Blade v8, the 18x20? I would say main difference is feel and stiffness, with the TFight 305 being a bit firmer, and that translates to some added pop or energy return. The Blade 98 has a softer more flexible feel, better comfort and a little more control. As far as swingweight goes, I would say yes the TFight ISO 305 on average does have a higher swingweight, but to say that the Blade 98 is around 320 is hard to know unless you have your particular racquets with specs taken. When we go into a batch of racquets from our warehouse, for both the Tfight and Blade (and many others as well) and check specs for racquet matching orders, we find that there can be quite a fluctuation. The blade is close to the tf40 in my opinion . The tf40 feels very similar to, I like it more . It’s a bit softer

hi, i've been playing tennis for around 7 months now. I'm actually looking for a manoeuvrable racket that can provide good spin and power. I have been looking at pure drive, tempo 298 and tfight iso 295. I wanted to try the pure drive but i'm afraid that it will be too stiff for my arms. Do you have any good recommendations ?
@tenniswarehouse11 ай бұрын
If you want something like the Pure Drive but with more comfort we recommend taking a look at the Yonex EZONE 100 or VCORE 100, both easy power/spin but with more comfort on the arms. Also, both come in lighter versions as well, if you want something even lighter. Another one that often gets overlooked but is a solid option for power/spin and pretty good comfort as well, is the Prince Textreme Warrior 100; also a great deal. There are more options out there as well. Troy, TW

Hey Troy, can you recommend a very flexible racquet with great plow through around 305 gr ? Thanks !!
@tenniswarehouse10 ай бұрын
The Prince Phantom 100P would be the perfect option, but looks like we are currently out of that racquet. The Phantom 100X 305 could be a really nice flexible option as well, and could add just a bit of weight at the tip of the frame if you think it needs more plow through or swingweight. The Wilson Blade 98 18x20 v8 or v7 are solid options for a plush feel and good plow through. The new Head Speed MP 2024 is a 300 gram frame, but this new update feels nice n' soft, and packs a lot of plow through with the higher average swingweight. The ProKennex Black Ace 300 is very plush and soft, it doesn't have a ton of plow in stock form, but you could add five grams or so since it is a 300g frame, and a gain some easy plow through. I use a extreme tour. Which iso would you recommend? Or tf 40? I hit with topspin and one handed backhand baseliner 4.5
@tenniswarehouse11 ай бұрын
The TF40 305 16x19 is a good option. TFight ISO 315 hits a very heavy ball and spin, but is also stiffer and heavier. So maybe the TFight 300 or IGA 298. Troy, TW

Which will be the best tennis racquet for me, in terms of power and spin from the tecnifibre line? I'm an intermediate player. Or should i go for BABOLAT EVO DRIVE TOUR (285GM, UNSTRUNG) (16X19)? If there is any other racquet please recommend that too. Thankyou
@tenniswarehouse9 ай бұрын
From Tecnifibre, for power and spin the TF-X1 is the way to go. There are three different weights available, but here is the 285 since you mentioned that weight above...www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpage-TFX185.html. Troy, TW
@abhayjain46999 ай бұрын
Can you also tell how is it different from tfight iso and tf40?
@tenniswarehouse9 ай бұрын
So the TF-X1 is the most power and spin from the Tecnifibre performance racquets. The TF40 offers the most, control, feel, and is the most flexible feeling. The TFight is sort of in between, but not far off from the TF40, so a little more power than TF40, and slightly firmer feeling. Troy, TW

Tfight 295 swing weight (324) more than Tfight 300 (320). Please explain.
@P2Rock Жыл бұрын
Its the placement of the weight. Higher swing weight will mean that the weight is biased towards the head of the racket. In hand and swing it will feel heavier that the racket that is actually heavier (laid flat on a scale)

Why does the 305 have such a weird shape grip, tricky for semi & full western. Do they all have this?
@tenniswarehouse Жыл бұрын
Yes they all have the same grip shape, or pallet under the grip. It is a more rectangular shaped pallet somewhat like the classic Head racquet pallets. Troy, TW

Hi TW My racket of choice is the Head Speed MP 2020. How would the ISO 300 and the 305 play compared to the Speed? How do you see the pros and cons with the T-Fight ISO vs Speed? I‘m aware that a play test will be necessary before switching rackets but for now I’m just a bit curious about your opinion on the Speed vs T-Fight ISO. All the best Christian
@tenniswarehouse Жыл бұрын
When comparing your Speed MP 2020 (360+) the TFight ISO 300, the overall maneuverability should be pretty similar, maybe even a bit faster feeling with the TFight ISO 300, so it would be a pretty easy transition in terms of maneuverability. Besides that you should notice a bit more precision with the TFight ISO 300 having the 98 headsize. Going up to the TFight ISO 305, even though it is only a 5 gram increase in weight, the 305 swings with a lot more heft and plow through (due to the higher swingweight). So the 305 is more difficult to maneuver, but is also rewarded with more plow through and stability on contact. Also with an 18x19 string pattern it gives a bit more control, and slightly lower launch angle or trajectory on groundstrokes. Troy, TW
@christianingemannbentsen3 Жыл бұрын
To be honest would you recommend the switch? I know you also praised the Speed MP back in 2020. I’m quite happy with my racket but as you know, always a being open to a potential switch 😂
@ne0komodo Жыл бұрын
@@christianingemannbentsen3 I am not TW... but if you use Speed and happy with it, just stick with it. It's quite different in term of how maneuverable the racket is between Speed and TFight. Out of all Tecnifibre rackets I had been trying, I think TF40 has the closest feeling to Speed.
