For some reason the original uploader got a lot of hate even the singer, which is sad because this song embodies the entire franchise as a whole.

CJ - now that’s just dumb. I don’t see how one could you hate the singer or the uploader for this, as both had put a lot of effort into this. I think it perfectly encapsulates the feel of Black Mesa. Whereas Half-Life was the kick-ass 90s FPS with subtle storytelling, Black Mesa brings the tragedy of the Resonance Cadcade to life with its updated graphics, more lively NPCs, and the story more clarified than the original. I actually feel sadness by the end of the game when this song hits. Gordon had just survived - against all odds - a disaster that had taken the lives of so many coworkers.
