About this channel: My name is Gee Bryant, and I’m the Founder of the Global online fitness company 'X28' - x28fitness.com & x28nutrition.com. I’m also the owner of The Loft Athletic Club, one of the country's most recognized independent fitness facilities.
To date, I'm a health & fitness expert, author, artist, CEO, & motivational speaker who has physically, mentally, and spiritually transformed hundreds of thousands of lives in my career.
I've acquired my study through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as being a nationally accredited health & fitness coach through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. I'm also a certified Integrative Neuro-Linguistic Practioner & my current studies include Holistic Nutrition via the American Fitness Professionals & Associates.
What separates me from others in this space is that I actually live what I talk about. I'm a firm believer in putting myself in the fire first before presenting anything as truth. A lot of people can tell you what to do, but only a few can truly show you from experience.
Times weren't always peaches & cream for me. About 6 years ago, I packed my car and my clothes and decided to embark on an 800-mile quest from Philadelphia, PA to begin a new life in Atlanta, GA. When I arrived, I quickly learned the harsh reality and demands of adulthood, and I found myself sleeping in my car. It was crunch time, and I was under intense pressure to make ends meet. With hard work, dedication, and an unwavering desire to succeed, I was able to use my God-given athletic ability to offer personal fitness training. However, as good of an idea as it seemed, the money wasn’t rolling in as quickly as I expected. Once again, I found myself faced with the daunting task of building my reputation and business from the ground up, and I held free fitness boot camp classes all over the city before I made any real money. I was able to gain the trust and support of complete strangers to test my techniques, and their results were outstanding. My clients took to social media with their life-changing testimonies, along with before and after pictures showing off their new bodies, and creating a buzz for me as a young entrepreneur. But I wanted more, so I looked to help more people. That desire led me to open my first gym in Atlanta, GA 'Phlexx Fitness' years ago, and from there with a lot of hard work, discipline, and consistency I was able to build my empire so to speak. Through intense personal growth and self-development, I’ve been able to build and sustain several successful business ventures online and offline - including X28, and The Loft Athletic Club. I took the lessons that shaped my accomplishments and now use them to help whoever comes across my messages. I don’t believe in fluff; I give it to you raw. This approach enables me to empower you to find your own strength and to find your truth and unlock the greatness that’s been buried deep inside you. Using the same principles that I teach, I have been able to establish myself as a first-generation, self-made millionaire, while being rich in spirit , free, and totally aligned with my truth.

I’m 44 and you’re videos are really hitting my soul, I definitely feel like I’m chosen and trying to figure so much out 🙏❤️🙌🏻 I’m on a personal journey and currently being isolated from everyone and everything I have known for years, stopped drinking and have been making better decisions and progress in my life but still feel a void, trying to figure out what my purpose is, I feel like God is trying to tell me something but I feel blocked, like I can’t figure it out exactly what he’s trying to tell me but yet he’s working so hard in me. I’ve been through several lifetimes of trauma and pain but still have so much faith and love in my heart and soul. Gee what you say is 💯. I go through obstacles but I keep the faith and the almighty sees me through. I've had occasions where I'm working towards my goal trying to move forward and I feel like a hamster on a wheel so I pause and I say to myself there is a reason why there is stagnation at that point in time. So I take time out relax and pray and seek guidance on which direction to take. Then I would have a clearing to move forward again but in a different direction. So yes what you say is true. Stay in the present moment and learn to enjoy life and keep things simple. Sometimes we get so bogged down with pushing ourselves too much with work,money, materialistic things that we dont even stop to give thanks and look around us and appreciate what we already have (life, love and/or family). Yes many of us have a story to tell but what I always say to myself to keep me grounded/appreciative is no matter what trials I go through in life there is always someone else out there who is suffering more than me. So be kind to one another because you never know whats going on in their life. Take time out to do the things that really make YOU happy (be free in your spirit - deep I know but keeping it real). ❤❤❤

Big bro Gee, I miss you around here, it's quite some time I have not been receiving your notifications. Anyways this is a beautiful clip for me, but my concern now is that for over a decade I have resisted my life and everything happening around it because I felt it is not the life I wanted and it's not the person I want to spend it with, no growth nor elevation of any kind, though there are other barriers. This video came at the right time because I'm already taking steps to change my purpose and move out of the zone that has prevented me.

What you resist, can persist. If you look too far into projecting a different reality, you may miss the value of your now. What have you learned in the spaces you’ve been in? What value can you extract as you journey towards what’s next for you? Gee you have no idea how in alignment this random video I found of you tonight. This wasn’t even the first video I clicked on I clicked on one video. It look at your channel and see this one and I just felt so connected to it like I knew what I was going to find. It’s all happening too quickly so I’m still kind of questioning somethings. But I can confidently say, for the most part God was definitely talking to me I believe. I’m in the sales industry at the moment and have been for the past few months now I did it to make some money good money instead of the job working fast food. I spent $6800 on the sales program. It was a good chunk of my change. So I knew I had to push myself work hard at it even if it meant sacrificing a whole lot of time. I really like to do music. But the program It taught me a lot about discipline which was what I was lacking as far as my music. It taught me how to focus and be dedicated and it open the door to allow me to change my mindset and lifestyle, and even getting closer to God.

The beautiful lesson is that if we’re truly engaged in life…we can appreciate that the purposeful moments don’t ever stop. As babies we ALL were crawling before we could walk. Greetings. You don't "have" to stay anywhere. It behooves us to be present though--embrace the moment for what it is and get the value. You will know when it's time for the next moment because you will be in it. A great inquiry is: what is this moment here to teach me? If you don't get an answer, then stay present and it will unfold. When you get the lesson, the next will emerge. Hope that helps.

Don't be worried. Celebrate your obedience and learning. I'm gonna assert that if you just didn't want to be single, you could "find" someone. It's about having your divine partner and that may be taking time but it will be worth it. I'm in my 40s and I'm single but I was just affirming that God has made me wait so I canI truly appreciate my husband because he is that amazing. Your "single" moment will pass and in the interim, love up on you and appreciate your own good company.

Corey, understanding what isn’t your purpose is a bit of awareness. Keep being in an inquiry with self and honest about what’s authentic-your truth. Don’t judge yourself for not having it all figured out; continue to be present and it will become clear. Hope that helps.

@@CoreyAWhite you got it Corey. Another key: don't compare yourself to others. We live in an age where people do it regularly through social media--looking at the face value--not knowing what really is beneath it all. Gee appeared to have it all (not too long ago) but he was depressed in a penthouse. The more you eliminate expectations of yourself and those projected onto you by society, family etc, your ultimate purpose will emerge. Also, know that if you are going through some turbulence, it's likely an indication of a great calling on your life. You already have amassed content on what it feels like to be "lost" and more people than not will be able to relate to that. I'm one that has always known that my purpose was connected to helping ppl but I tried to apply that purpose in arenas that weren't fully aligned. I just got that awareness in this past year. So just know that there are always levels and layers. Be encouraged.

@@themelodyfox deep insight and understanding, thank you. You're correct when you said about society, friends, families expectations. And I agree that I am meant for something much bigger than I am that much I do know and feel deep in my soul. I also know its coming soon but while I'm in this holding pattern it's frustrating at time n hard not to get caught up in my emotions and wanting to fly. I could tell you the encounters I've had that were not of this world but yet presented itself to me in different way at different times. However I consider this one of those times with your message.
