Its like you watched my whole life to this point and know how I am thinking. I came across you channel at the exact time i was supposed to. My life experiences, Thought processing and contemplation over everything or trying to figuring out the makeup of everything I encounter is parallel to what you talk about. Until now it has made me question how I'm not crazy yet or if it would be easier to just be out of my mind rather then knowing and seeing all these truths noone else seems to notice. I needed you to explain that the last trauma I recently experienced was God giving it to me again bc I need to get over the previous experience that has weighed me down for a decade now. I question everything I think and do because I dont trust myself in this life. Now I think I have been afraid of my chosen path all this time. I always knew I was different and wondered if I was chosen. I figured there had to be something very special and powerful that is the reason my whole life has been filled with crazy hurtful experiences that were trying to break me if not kill me. It is clear that anyone else wouldnt be alive anymore. I have died more times than I have fingers and been brought back. I am still cognitively intact. That is not by chance. That alone is confirmation. I just never really focused in because I dont know my purpose. I was at the point of defeat, last night I was seriously contemplating how end this life so I can move to the next place. I bear this detrimental feeling of doom casted over me. I dont knw if its a spell or my own manifestations I'm creating or knowing I hinder my own growth and happiness by just not living right that gives me the horrific gut wrenching feeling I have. It has me feeling like no matter what good I do it wont work anyhow. Then I sit in my head and procrastinate progress by occupying myself with detrimental attributes. Please help me to figure it out my mission. I need to know why. I cant keep moving aimlessly anymore. I need some direction and reasoning. I hope u can help

I always get something valuable from listening to you. I want to encourage you to catch yourself when in between speaking not to say, Know what I'm saying several times. It's an expression I see black men in particular, say when speaking truth and vulnerability, which can be difficult for many men to do, and subconsciously the words know ( Nahh), what I'm saying conveys that you are asking your audience, or even yourself if you spoke clearly enough to understand. And it can seem less confident. And is noticeable. I hear and understand you. I believe people here on your channel hear and understand what you're saying. You are valuable. Thank you.

Everything is terrific and I love the content. My only critique and 2 cents. doesn't the dark space (acknowledgment of past actions, acceptance of consequences, fear/shame of someone else revealing those things) become overtaken by light as you confront the emotional residue and memories? choosing to deal with those emotions and memories head on as they reoccur where most would choose to let themselves be overtaken and defeated by them takes faith...knowing that it takes more than you to strengthen your mind and your awareness in order to own the experiences and to put those emotions and memories back in the past where they belong...no longer being anchored by them but freeing yourself so that you can live a more purposeful and peaceful life...that's elevation
