Listened to Tony since 1989, I am 59 now, and I still listen to him daily. I am a living proof that if you have the hunger, take action, fail, try again, fail, try again that ultimately you will succeed in your own terms. Only takes 1 success to turn past failures into necessities, something you had to go through to get to where I am. Secret to success is resiliency and believing in yourself.

I have been feeling quite low for a few days then earlier today I remembered a quote from your book ‘awaken the giant within’ which you stated that you can instant change how you are feeling if you change your physiology and what you are focusing on. I had a relaxing bath and I kept telling myself that my thoughts are not me and I am feeling like this because I keep focusing on the future and whether things will workout. I changed my focus from anxious, worrying to just let everything be. Everything that was draining me is all gone. Thank you Tony. I will never feel alone in ever going through things because all I need to do is pick up one of your books and just read 🦋

1. self-relationship reflection (THI IS ESSENTIAL!) 2. the only failure is not doing/trying 3. no one is coming to save you 4. be the partner you want to have 5. turn down some things so that you can focus on the things that really matter TO YOU! 6. take responsibility 7. you give power to who you blame 8. generally: if you have to tell someone you ARE that, then you are NOT that 9. don't view exercise/dance/movement as an exchange for something 10. trust yourself 11. growth requires loss 12. fuck being normal 13. can't say 'no'? this makes your 'yes' meaningless 14. be careful and intentional and deliberate on how you define yourself 15. don't make assumptions 16. no one thinks about you that much 17. confidence comes from comfort with failure 18. develop a willingness to be disliked/hated, and disapproved of 19. your tongue controls the direction of your life (SPEAK LIFE NOT DEATH!) 20. don’t trust in people, trust in GOD 21. stop living by the brainwashed-programmed rules and ideals of other people 22. be careful who you idealize 23. if you don’t change the way you see yourself, nothing else will change... 24. get VERY comfortable saying 'no' very loudly and clearly and honestly and firmly that being said, I want to die my life is hell with no escape so, I have a prayer: - health wealth love - deeper closer healthier connections with those whom I love - healing, on every level, in every way, for all of us - to be radically honest, with everyone, about everything - financial freedom - twin-flame (re)union (true and real love) - a tribe of true and real friends - to thrive off my talents and passions... - blissful magical wonderous joy, always, in all ways...

the key to everyone's joy is to eliminate that "yang" from your "ying", "slay the beast", "climb the mountain", "become as one person"...recognizing it is a major step forward...ask yourself "how do I want people to talk to me? If you feel that negativity coming out it takes practice to stop but you can do it. another item is "allow someone to be wrong or right"....don't argue every point with everyone, it's that flexibility that will carry the day "I'm sorry, I was wrong" and "I love you" will help you become the person you desire... 555

*Aye! 💪Spot on Tony 💯* We've been so conditioned to think that any negative feelings are wrong, that most folk won't even admit to them! How many people will admit to feeling jealous of another? What about feeling or showing anger? Why shouldn't we be allowed to say "This bothers me, I'm annoyed/ upset/ frustrated/ stressed/ anxious/ empty/ fed up/ done in, I'm not ok." As you said, what isn't ok is holding on to those feelings. But we do have to *acknowledge* them in order for us to *let them go* without suppressing or repressing them. If we can all do that, maybe we'll have less Mental & Spirital health problems, less denial, more *Honesty, Transparency, Healing, Transcendance, Growth & Resilience, with Gratitude, Grit & Grace.* I'm glad you're here, with much love & many blessings, *thank you* 💕🙏

I feel the same way...I had a terrible experience growing up with a lot of pain along with aspergers. When my son was born I decided quite emotionally that no matter what I am going to do whatever it takes to make sure he never has to go through the unnecessary physical, emotional, psychological pain that I did and without lack or need for money, love, education, support, health and happiness. I was on disability and very sick mentally, emotionally and physically but I forced myself somehow to take care of him as a stay at home dad anytime no matter how bad it hurt to move. The only reason this was possible is because I raised my standards and changed my blueprint. Thank you, I want to be just like you, when I trained at biocybernaut (for free because I worked there) I felt my spirit moving out of my body forward (instead of up like everyone else) with the attitude of helping people and fixing things. Thank you for condensing all your knowledge into short videos and sharing them to the world for free! You are my hero.

In the past Tony always said, “The quality of your life is determined by the quality of the questions you ask yourself.” ...Now he’s saying “it’s the quality of your habitual emotions.” I would argue that the quality of your life is determined by the extent you surrender and trust God- while doing all things “big’ and ‘small’ with great love. anything gained from it corrupts cause your in it for you a selfish thing. yet we’re all selfish and even more so in religious circles cause well you don’t wanna go to hell and want heaven and this to me gets in the way due to focus on reward and punishment . maybe back in time it made sense but now we are i tink in the 21st century and we are past childlike treatment of adults since we’ve hopefully evolved in many way where we find ourselves demanding otherwise! it’s through hope and fear that we are manipulated in many spheres due to lack of knowledge not due to lack off information but the opposite! it’s as though we are starving in the midst of plenty! look back idk70 yrs of psychology and the study of the mind and there’s much to be gained that maybe relevant to us and where we find ourselves yet it seems things are upside down because we maybe have new discoveries today yet the interest of the masses is not this and how it could maybe change and improve things but trivials.. the inflexibly in man seems a big problems specially in the upper levels of things where decision can have major consequence , where true objectivity is needed! yet we talk of the word yet the function left the building and this inflexibility of mind risks extinction of us. this ain’t kindergarten where you mistakes might even be rewarded cause you at least did somethin today!’n🤬 the planet is not kinder land but a living sustaining thing yet must also be not so much sustained cause it can do so much better without us from look of it! but to follow those of old still present in some pockets and learn from them cause they’ve adapted proper for long time and we with our little short stick go and ‘study’ them shamelessly while we distorted there habitats mind you! we have zero experts at all cause everything is symptoms based and not just health care which to me means “you ain’t never gonna get better!” -pills, drills and fills continue. yet there are ones that’ll shame each and everyone one of them dealer emend single handedly by showing the way , as other way that guarantees ‘no harm be done’ and not just in word yet please do sign the dotted line cause you ain’t coming back the same! listen, if I was in there’s shoes and saw what I saw I’d want another way and even without this fact doesn’t science want to test things out and challenge their own majorly eroded thinking? cause obviously it ain’t working from personal experience , family members who are doctors opinions and most important you your experience? have they solved anything that you don’t need to attend to any longer!? know most realize yet it’s based in war-time type situations and no maintenance at all! so am e.r doc makes perfect sense and everyone else either be honest and slap big pharma dude and hand out pills cause you ain’t doing jack but hurting others in the name of God knows what? if me, I, with zero education can solve foot doctors lacking and miseducation since he can’t do jack again then who the doc or duc? arthritis don’t exist as example it’s fascial issue dried up needing liquidity which john f. barnes shows and if learned can turn that around and many of the thing you go in for related to pain, joint, organ, brain you name it you can do just by hand [my sis with major what the call sciatica went to er and came back with usual pain meds which did zero and spend 6 hrs on her and it’s been s year now never came back cause I relieved the nerve from bondage? your doc barely touches you and usually trying to get rid of you cause next ! it’s s system step one two three yet our body don’t work that way and if your not understanding it in workable ways through it itself cause it actually is very intelligent and for one it’ll direct you through movement that sold it! yet our professional aren’t in a sorts self imposed rut but I’d hate to say criminal since they must know all these other paths to health exist yet won’t admit to looking into it and seeing its effectiveness jump on the wagon! no cause insurance and $ and system set so or said so or whatever the f]
