I want to start visiting this year. I want to retire there and leave the US behind. Looking to move to Ghana in the next 13 years. I am 32 now and plan on retiring at 45. I want to buy a house before I retire. So that when I move I can take on a job and my bills are still paid. Any advice on the process or should I try going about this differently?

Make local friends and contacts. Everything costs more if you go through “repat” channels. An honest local will save you a LOT of money

Another way that expats can meet in Ghana is by communicating with additional organizations . We have numerous fraternities & sororities members who live in Ghana .
