@@enshk79 David had mentioned in previous videos that between traveling and illnesses he had been feeling tired, which threw off his filming schedule and the types of podcast episodes he'd been releasing lately. Yet he vowed he was going to get back on track in the consistency of his content.

sup david, i’ve been watching you since your videos with Ngabo and your solo rants. As a Korean dude who works Beauty Supply I can relate to a lot of what you’ve said and been through in your time of Beauty Supply. Stay blessed. Would definitely tune in to hear more about that side of your life.

The reason ppl get mad / frustrated when others say they “don’t care” about politics is because that in itself is a privilege. Politics isn’t some random arbitrary concept and an excuse to argue. These are people’s lives that are being affected. You stating you don’t care about that is discouraging.

that's the thing about saying nigga...it's not a universal pass. Just because it's accepted in your immediate friend group does not make it accepted across the culture. I knew a full asian kid that was adopted by a black family when he was a baby and maybe because he was raised in a black american family he understood this but he will never say it in mixed company. People always asked him if he said it once they learn his entire family is black american and he would always say "of course, but will *you* ever hear me say it? Nah"

Really enjoyed this episode! I also grew up in a beauty supply so I relate to a lot of David’s experiences. And I agree the generation of Korean owned beauty supply is heading to an end and it’s heading to a generation of beauty supply stores owned by black people and middle eastern people.
