You do have to be extra careful of food in the Philippines a lot of the establishments do not practice good sanitation cross contamination heating keeping hot the food delivering it hot and other situation and it doesn't matter of a restaurant and or a spa and I can name a spa which I won't in the Cebu area that is the worst culinary hospitality in the area or in the Philippines by that

House was the sweet spot for fifteen years but now the sweet spot is a good size condo. The reason is my wife and I travel a lot. 3-4 months a year. It’s easy just close the door behind you. We’ve traveled to many countries including Mexico,US we did a six month road trip in an RV in the US. Malaysia, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand Singapore, hongkong.

Two elderly Canadians, currently retired in Thailand, are considering coming to the Philippines in January. It will be a reconnaissance trip to IT park Cebu City based on your recommendation, to find lovely Filipinas candidates for a long-term relation. Thanks for the info about shift work timing and target locations.

I traveled to several islands and ended up in Valencia as I settled here because it is similar to my small hometown in USA of 100K as I started in Cebu IT Park and was turned off from the big city as i spent summers with grandparents in Brooklyn, NYC and feel like the same as a nice place to visit but not to live. So i will happily stay up on the Mount Tallinis Volcano as it is nice small burb of Dumaguete close but still cooler and quieter although certain parts of the city are nice. All the western amenities and barely see the other foreigners unless you go to expat spots. So next month i will go to Siquijor and Bohol after that and then maybe Palawan so best suggestion is to travel stay light and keep your options open.

Well the Filipina, like the guy is looking for the best partner so that that’s nothing new. Just have a wish list and stick to it ..but be realistic at the same time. Filipina single ..no kids ..educated (better city education)..modern preferably professional banker class/entrepreneur or above no civil servants they are the worse…unless a gem. Gym goer essential …and many more haha 😂

Hi Guys, thank you for another great video full of actionable content. Do you remember where the term “sweet spot “ originally came from approximately 40 years ago?
@FlyMeToThePhilippinesАй бұрын
No where?
@BuildingInWisconsinАй бұрын
It came from the world of tennis. You would train to hit the sweet spot of the racket. Then racket manufacturers started to talk about how big their sweet spot was on the racket itself and the way they would string the racket..

1) What are some beach location “sweet spot” locations to live in? With beach front you have to watch out for loud music and typhoons 2) how soon can a Filipina tell you she loves you without it being a red flag? 3) I haven’t seen the 40 minute find a Filipina video yet and will…I just wanted to mention the first two questions one should ask a girl regardless if in person or on any dating app is do you have a job and are you okay with continuing to live in the Philippines? It seems the scammers never claim to have a “stable” like a mall or call center job as it reduces the effectiveness of the “I need tuition” scam. 4) Most scammers won’t bother with a one hour video call, they’ll “lose connection” very early in the call. They don’t want to bother with a cautious guy, their jackpots are desperate lonely men often who just joined the dating app

is the ground beef coming from Malay- Balay? or imported from outside Philippines? Maybe South-America. I talked to a Chef supplier in Republic of Ireland, a while back on a train, and said count all the cows you can see, and scale up. Ireland exports more beef than there are cows, packed and labelled as Irish...

I had been looking to live in cooler mountains, so interested you find golf course more comfortable. As a physicist, my ideal is to find a cooler mountain stream or river from on-high, and heat-pump / heat-exchange; so uber-cheap aircon, or use heat to sanitise animal feed (so imported feed is clear of any soft-ticks ~ which is also an issue with wild-boar etc, get infected from farmed pigs, and then spread to natural reservoir).
@wld-phАй бұрын
Having lived in Spain, have experience of boars. Whilst vegetarians, I lost 2 cats to boar. Very shy and they panic and charge. 250kg is half a car, at 35mph, and straight-line as cannot turn. 15% of human interactions are fatal. Dunno the stats of hippos, probably similar. You see the dug plant roots. Strong fencing is only way to deal with them. Not sure if you are allowed to ´Fence in´ your range, would love to know.

I'm married to a Filipina now for over 40 years, retired here in the Philippines. If I were ever to be a single guy again, I've found that the old French adage about the best age for a mistress; for me, were I 71 years old, a woman half my age plus 7 years. So...someone about 42 or so. Ha ha!

There’s no sweet spot taking on especially a Filipina with a kid as the laws in the Philippines can get you into trouble with another man’s kid. If the relationship goes sour it’s potentially a stick to beat you with..crazy naive. This is x5 with a married Filipina and the extended family ..poor advice. Most Filipina are wedded to their families hence they bring them all along and you end up looking after and paying for them …it’s a grift ..waiting for you to die.

I’ve found more Filipinas who want to stay in the Philippines, however they may want to visit your home country every other years. It’s a big risk to bring them back to your home country anyways so it’s better to keep them in the Philippines. The foreigner is the “prize” in the Philippines, the hot, sweet, more-submissive, less-entitled Filipina is what most men in western countries are looking for. The lesser talked about topic is what happens when the man can no longer get it up even with ED meds? The younger she is the more likely she’ll seek out someone else she can have sex with and could get attached to them. If you and the Filipina are in the Philippines when you can no longer get it up, it won’t be easy for her to find someone better. She would need to ensure she finds someone that can provide the same financial support that she can lock in
