Hi Zahait! Loving the videos! I have some helpful wall of text below if you don't mind my help =) Steam Generation: From a coal node ---> Auto miner --> Splitter --> 2 Splitters --> 4 Splitters --> 8 Splitters (when I get to the 4 splitter part I usually start stacking them like 2 on bottom/2 on top of those, and the 8 are 4 on bottom and 4 on top of those. Hope that makes sense). Once you have all the splitters down you can move on to the Steam/Water boilers. If you follow using all the splitters I mentioned you're going to have 16 outputs for the coal which is insane! Of those outputs I lined up 6 Steam boilers side and then stacked another 6 on top of those which gives you 1200 total units of steam production that can be toggled on as your power consumption rises. I'd also like to mention that this should be more than enough to get to "end game" as far as your steam needs. The last 4 outputs that you have are for Water Boilers which I place just beside the splitters on one side with the belt inputs facing the steam boilers. You're going to have a belt nightmare trust me but the game is forgiving lol! You're going to need 2 of the water splitters for the 4 water boiler side and 6 water splitters for the steam boiler side (1 water splitter for each stacked set of steam boilers). Then you're going to need 1 steam splitter for each steam boiler stack for a total of 6). I know this sounds crazy and when I made it I was having doubts haha! Again, if you don't want to use as man splitters, you can always scale back. Just remember that 1 Water boiler can provide enough steam for 8 steam boilers. Once you have that set up you can just run a copper pipe across the map and add steam splitters in your work area. ** Quick note on splitter placement** I put down a stone wall with overlap on in between the machines to about 4 blocks high, then I place the steam splitter on the side of the top wall and then delete the walls and connect the steam. This makes for uniform placement and easy access. As far as the Navigator not working/locating ores properly.... first off follow the head of the hammer not the handle. Long story short it really does work, but the map generation spawns ore nodes under lava sometimes, which makes them unable to be mined. If you use explosives, you can blow up a certain amount of the lava level, but if you build stairs or whatever and try to go down there, you burn up and die. You also can't place a cheaty miner and run away haha!

Absolutely terrific tips, I’m going to try my best at balancing all this as well once I have a space big enough for it.. here comes the dynamite!
